This website and its associated digital services, game networks and community platforms are operated by Alteran Platforms (also referred to as Alteran), an independent group established in Czechia (European Union).

While the group's primary place of establishment is Czechia, parts of our bare-metal and cloud server infrastructure are hosted at provider facilities in Germany and our platforms actively serve users and player communities across the European Union. Consequently, this legal notice is provided in accordance with European transparency rules as well as § 5 of the German Digital Services Act (Digitale-Dienste-Gesetz - DDG).

Group Representation & External Contractors

Alteran Platforms is represented and managed solely by a single operator who oversees the group's infrastructure, database administration, security systems and community platforms. The group does not have additional internal partners or co-representatives.

Where specialized development, 3D environment design, level design, or web engineering tasks are required - including projects delivered through our design studio, CreativeDuo - the group collaborates with independent external contractors on a project basis. External contractors do not represent the group legally.

Covered Platforms & Consumer Dispute Resolution

This Impressum applies to the primary Alteran Platforms website (alteranplatforms.com) and status portal (status.alteranplatforms.com), the Cryolity Network game networks (cryolity.com, cryolity.cz, cryolity.de), our community forums (community.cryolity.com), 3D browser map (map.cryolity.com) and design studio CreativeDuo (creativeduo.org).

Consumer Dispute Resolution (§ 36 VSBG / EU ADR Directive): We strive to resolve any questions or concerns directly with our users via [email protected]. As an independent group, Alteran Platforms is neither willing nor obliged to participate in formal dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
